No purchase necessary.  A purchase will not increase the chances of winning.  Sweepstakes runs from  Monday, July 9, 2007 at 12:00:01 a.m. ET to Sunday, August 5, 2007 at 11:59 p.m.  ET (the "Promotional Period").  If you are accessing the website from another time zone, please subtract the appropriate number of hours from the start and end times.

How to enter:  Enter online at www.officedepotracing.com by clicking on the link to enter the Sweepstakes.  One entry per person/e-mail address during entire Promotional Period.  If multiple entries are received, only the first entry received will be qualified.  All additional entries will be disregarded.  Entrants must use a valid e-mail address.  Valid sweepstakes entries must contain all information requested.  Incomplete and/or multiple entries will be disqualified.  Any attempts by an individual to access the site via a bot script or other brute-force attack will result in that IP address becoming ineligible.  In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the "authorized account holder", person in whose name the email account is registered, provided that person meets all eligibility criteria set forth in the Eligibility section of these Official Rules.  "Authorized Account Holder" shall mean the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.  All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on Sunday, August 5, 2007.

Random Drawing and Prizes: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about August 10, 2007 from all eligible entries.  The drawing will be conducted by Office Depot, Inc. whose decisions in all matters relating to this sweepstakes are final. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of entries received.

One winner will receive one (1) Toshiba Satellite� Laptop Model no. A135-S4527.  Approximate retail value is $699.99.   No substitution or transfer of prizes, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize or any component thereof is not available.   Limit one prize per person/household.  Winner will be notified by email, mail and phone.  Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release within 14 days of the date on the prize notification or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.  Any and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Eligibility:  This sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are of legal age in the state where they reside at the time of entry.  Employees of  Office Depot, Inc. and its divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, promotional or marketing agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, siblings, parents, children and their respective  spouses) and individuals residing in the same household of such employees are not eligible. Sweepstakes void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.

General Conditions: Your entry in this sweepstakes constitutes your consent to be bound by these rules, the decisions of the judges and for the use of your information for the purposes of administration of this sweepstakes.  All entries are subject to verification prior to awarding a prize. Undeliverable or unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.  If selected as a winner, you agree to the Sponsors use of your name, likeness, city and state of residence for advertising and trade purposes and online without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.  Entrants are solely responsible for their own conduct and agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the sweepstakes or any prize won.   Sponsor is not responsible for transactions that fail to enter the processing system, are processed, reported, or transmitted late, or are lost for any reason including computer, computer server, telephone, or paper malfunctions, or any other malfunction including human error.  Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel or modify this sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures (including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention) or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes.  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his/her sweepstakes entries) who attempts to tamper with the entry process in any manner.
